1 General Rules

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the netbdt platform and all of its services. By accessing or using the service through the netbdt website, mobile version, or any other medium, you are agreeing to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the netbdt service.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The netbdt website and all associated services.
• "User" — Any person who has registered on the platform or is using the service.
• "Account" — A user's personal registered profile.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional credits granted as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The required betting amount that must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.

1.2 Applicable Law

Applicable law will be followed in the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms. It is entirely the user's responsibility to confirm whether online betting is legal in their own jurisdiction.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Eligibility

To create an account on netbdt, you must be at least 21 years old. Only those aged 21 or above may participate on this platform. Creating or using an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Process

Each individual may create only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in immediate account cancellation.

• Provide a valid and active email address.
• Keep your personal information up to date at all times.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share it with others.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

netbdt reserves the right to verify the identity of any user when required. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. netbdt reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold until proper identity verification is completed.

3 Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit

netbdt supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — for each method. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account that was used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• The required wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). netbdt does not charge any service fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, the payment provider may apply its own fees, which are entirely the user's responsibility.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To fully use this bonus, a wagering requirement of 20 times the total bonus amount must be met.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Certain games may not count toward bonus wagering — contact the support team for details.
• If bonus misuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

4.3 VIP and Cashback Program

netbdt offers three VIP levels. Higher levels can be reached through regular play:

• Bronze — Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver — Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold — Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

The terms of promotional offers are subject to change. Prior notice will be given for any changes.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Verify all details before a bet is finalised. netbdt reserves the right to cancel any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error or technical issue.

5.2 Determining Results

The outcome of all games is determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or the relevant game provider's system. In the event of a technical issue, results will be determined according to the server logs.

5.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

• Special rules may apply during live (in-play) betting.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bet settlement will follow the relevant rules.
• Rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments depend on decisions made by the relevant tournament authority.

5.4 Casino Games

The rules for casino games are described in detail within each game's section. The individual rules of game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe apply.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the netbdt platform. Engaging in such activities may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of any associated balance:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another person's account or managing an account through a third party.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Making fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal claims.
• Using automated bots or algorithms to play games.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

If any of the above activities are suspected, netbdt reserves the right to suspend the relevant account during the investigation.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

netbdt is committed to protecting users' personal information. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption technology. Users' information is never sold or transferred to third parties.

• Personal information is collected for the purpose of providing the service and verifying identity.
• Information may be shared with authorities under legal obligations.
• Users may request to review or delete their own information.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by netbdt

netbdt may close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the terms and conditions is proven.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If the user is identified as a minor.
• On the instruction of a legal or regulatory authority.

9.2 Closed by User

Any user may request account closure at any time via live chat. The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed.

10 Disclaimer & Limitations

netbdt is not liable in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connection issues or the user's device.
• If account password or login details are leaked due to the user's own carelessness.
• If there is a delay caused by issues with a third-party payment provider.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unexpected technical problems.
• If there are legal complications related to online betting in the user's jurisdiction.

netbdt reserves the right to cancel any incorrect bonus or winnings displayed due to a technical error.

11 Changes to Terms

netbdt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended to review this page regularly.
